Robin

My friend Wanda asked me to make some bushy bunches and this is the result. I’ve been working on some new textures for my bangs as I think they could be improved with different textures to the one I use for the longer hair. So this one has the new textures also. It’s late now and I’m going to bed so this won’t be in store until tomorrow now as I haven’t had time to box it. I’ll probably be working on some more new hairs as having new textures is a good incentive to play with them.

I’ve been feeling a little fed up with the performance of SL recently as I’m sure many others have. The rez and lag and other bugs and issues certainly strangle creativity sometimes. I am very lucky though I think as I have some really lovely, friendly customers at my store, and I’ve read some really sad stuff about designers being threatened and abused lately. Yes I get the occasional person with a chip and a few people who make a mistake or break something and expect me to fix it whether it is a fault with the item or not but they are few enough to be memorable and I am not plagued daily with complaints. I have never been threatened. I know there are customers who read my blog so I’d like to say thank you for the kindness and curtesy that most of you approach me with. It really is appreciated.

I just had a lovely weekend visiting my friend Fi in Dulwich. We took her 10 year old daughter to a persian picnic at the Victoria and Albert Museum in Kensington, London today. There was music, dancing, food, face painting, art and crafts.I had a lovely time and here are a couple of pics to remember the day. :)
